To the right honnorable Sr. Iulius Cæsar knight Chan- cellour of the exchecker and of his Maties. most hon- nourable pryvy Councell

Right honnorable. I am bold, by these few lines, to renew the sute I made vnto your hor., for sparing mee from the office of collector of the Aide in Berkshire. I executed yt the last time, vpon the aide levyed for the prince, and found yt more troublesom & to require more attendance, then all the busynes of the Commission. And now it willbe very inconvenient to me, becawse I am like to lye in london all this winter with my famyly, and have besides a sute in chauncery of good importance, which yt concernes me much to attend & follow. Therefore your hor. shall do me a singuler favour to spare me, & shall bind me to do you any service that shall lye in my power. And so hoping of your favourable regard therein, I humbly take my leave. from hampton court the first of october 1612

your hors. humbly to be cõmaunded Henry Neuill
